John Moseley

Head Coach

John has led Razorback Aquatic Club as Head Coach since 2019. During that time, the AquaHawgs have continued to grow as one of the leading competitive swimming programs in Arkansas.

John has coached multiple Arkansas Zone Teams and has been selected to coach at the USA Swimming National Age Group Summit and National Select Camp.

Jim Whitehead

Lead Coach

Jim joined the AquaHawgs after serving as Head Coach and Executive Director at Club Wolverine in Ann Arbor. Before that, he spent eight years as Head Coach of Michigan Lakeshore Aquatics, where the program earned five consecutive USA Swimming Silver Medal recognitions.

Jim has coached athletes from the age-group level through Olympic Trials.

Tony Carroll

Lead Coach

Tony joined the AquaHawgs in 2025 after coaching with Club Wolverine in Ann Arbor, where he served as Associate Head Coach. His previous experience includes Nashville Aquatic Club, YOTA, and Lakeside Swim Team.

Tony has coached swimmers from the age-group level through Olympic Trials and swam collegiately at IUPUI.

Sarah Reed

Assistant Coach

Sarah grew up swimming in Northwest Arkansas and competed collegiately at John Brown University before continuing with a competitive Masters program in Scotland. She now coaches with RAC and has several children swimming in the AquaHawgs program.

Peggy Logan

Assistant Coach

Peggy swam collegiately at the University of Arkansas and qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials. This is her second stint coaching with RAC after previously working with the AquaHawgs in the 2000s, and she now has several children swimming in the program.

Maddie Luther

Assistant Coach

Maddie swam collegiately at the University of Louisville before joining the AquaHawgs coaching staff. She brings her experience as a college swimmer to the athletes she works with at RAC.

Cady Dingman

Assistant Coach

Cady grew up through the AquaHawgs program as a swimmer. She now coaches with RAC while attending the University of Arkansas.

Brian Gainey

Assistant Coach

Brian joined the AquaHawgs coaching staff in 2026 after previously serving as Head Coach of the Aquakids Swim Team in Conway.

Carolyn has been one of the most influential figures in competitive swimming in Northwest Arkansas for more than five decades. She began coaching the Bentonville Summer Swim Team in 1975, helped develop the Tri-State Swim Conference, and established the Walmart Swim Club as a year-round USA Swimming program in 1984. Her athletes went on to earn national rankings and national championships, and the program captured its first Arkansas Swimming Long Course team championship in 1994.

Carolyn later returned to age-group coaching and became Head Age Group Coach for the AquaHawgs, helping shape generations of swimmers and coaches within RAC. She was named Arkansas Swimming Coach of the Year in 1994 and 2006 and was inducted into the Arkansas Swimming Hall of Fame in 1997.

Though Carolyn is no longer an active member of the coaching staff, her impact on the AquaHawgs and competitive swimming throughout Northwest Arkansas remains an important part of the program's history.
