Practice Schedule Changes
Saturday, October 12 - Senior Hawgs & Senior Prep will have practice from 7:00-8:45 AM. Masters will practice from 7:00-8:00 AM. All other practices are canceled due to the Razorbacks vs Mizzou Swim Meet.

Racers Go Pink! Halloween Meet - The deadline to register is Wednesday, October 16.

Red & White Showdown
Congratulations to the White Team for winning the Red & White Showdown (727-671). We are proud of all of our athletes that competed in the meet this weekend. As a coaching staff, we were very pleased with how well all of our swimmers looked at the meet. For our new swimmers, it was a great first meet, and it gave our coaching staff a chance to see where we need to improve moving forward. For our returning swimmers, it was a great opportunity to get back into the feel of racing. Here are the Results from the Red and White Showdown.
Parents, thank you for your continued support of our staff. It is important to note that it is very early in the season and swimmers are going to make a lot of progress over the next few months. We also thank you for volunteering to make these meets possible.

Value of the Month Winners
We take pride in being a value based organization. During the month of September, we spent time talking with all of our training groups about Respect. Each month we select one or two members of each traiing group that have exemplified these values. Our September Value of the Month Winners are Jackson Slater, Grace Taylor, Sloane Couch, Kamden Gilbey, Calvin Kvamme, Joyce Lee Victory Lee, Lenny Harris, Ruthie Noetzel, Danielle Robertson, Lucas Denger, Brayden Chen, Colton Smith, Reese Waller, Ian Hammans Sikic, and Lacy Delzell.
Also, we did not announce our August Value of the Month Winners. Our value for August was Growth, and we looked at swimmers growth throughout the entire season. Our August Winners are Jaxson Munson, Ella Ruth Zviblemen, Tyler West, Emily Yale, Reagan Johnson, Elijah Reed, Millie Mihalevich, Nathan Batara, Sofia McAfee, Diego Romero Flores.

Arkansas Razorback vs Missouri Tigers Swim Meet
On Saturday October 12th the Arkansas Razorbacks will be hosting the Missouri Tigers at the HPER. The AquaHawgs will be timers for the meet. The meet will begin at 10:00AM. Volunteers will be expected to be present by 9:30 PM. If you are attending or volunteering please wear a Red AquaHawgs Shirt. Admission is free, so we encourage everyone to come support the Razorbacks even if they do not volunteer. If you are interested in timing, please fill out the link below…

T-Shirts for AquaHawgs
On Thursday, October 10, we will be handing out t-shirts for all swimmers that have not picked up their shirts for this season. Look for Jana upstairs by the entrance to the bleachers between 4:00-5:30 PM to pick up these shirts.

Equipment for All Groups
Please make sure your swimmer has all necessary equipment for their training group. It is extremely important that swimmers have all necessary equipment in order to be productive during practice. The Swim Life in Bentonville is the AquaHawgs official team dealer for merchandise and equipment.
