2024-2025 FEES AND BILLING POLICIES
Annual AquaHawgs Team Registration Fee: All members of the AquaHawgs pay an Annual Registration Fee of $135. This covers your swimmer's Razorback Aquatic Club Administrative Fee, team swim cap, and three team t-shirts.
USA Swimming Membership/Additional Fees: – all swimmers must register through the USA Swimming website for their Annual USA Swimming Membership. All AquaHawgs are required to have a valid USA Swimming membership and to be in "Good Standing" to participate in AquaHawgs practices and swim meets.
MONTHLY TRAINING GROUPS:
- Senior Hawgs – $200 per Month
- Senior Hawgs Prep – $180 per Month
- Senior Swim Fit – $135 per Month
- Junior Hawgs White – $175 per Month
- Junior Hawgs Red – $145 per Month
- Junior Hawgs Gray – $130 per Month
- Hawgs White – $130 per Month
- Hawgs Red – $120 per Month
- Hawgs Gray – $105 per Month
- Masters - $35 per Month (plus an additional $15.00 annual AquaHawgs registration fee)
Multi-Person Discount: – Razorback Aquatic Club offer a multi-person discount for families that have multiple people participating in our programs. There is a 10% reduction in price for the 2nd swimmer. There is a 20% reduction in price for the 3rd swimmer. There is a 30% reduction for the 4th swimmer. Each additional swimmer, after the 4th, will be able to participate at no additonal charge.
Due Dates and Late Fees– Invoices are available for viewing on the first of each month. Account activity can be viewed anytime during the month at My Account > My Invoice/Payment. A late fee of $20 is assessed on accounts not paid by the 10th of the month.
Online payment options – We offer three options for online payment:
- Auto payment is billed to a credit or debit card on the 1st day of the month,
- Auto payment by ACH bank draft on the 1st day of the month, and
- On-Demand payment is initiated by the member at any time during the month.
Notice to Leave the Team or Other Billing Changes - We do not have contracts, to cancel or suspend billing for any period, written notice must be sent to Jana Olson jana@aquahawgs.org before the 26th of the month to avoid billing for the next month. Requests made after the 26th will go into effect the 1st of the following month. Notifying a coach that you are leaving the team is appreciated but does not affect billing.
Meet Entry Fees – While the participation in swim meet is not required, we strongly encourage all swimmers to participate. There are fees associated with each swim meet. These meet fees are added to your account once entries have been sent to the host and at that point, they are not reversible. Meet Entry Fees for each meet can be found in the Meet Information File on each meets page on the AquaHawgs website. The AquaHawgs will assess an additional fee for State Championship and Sectional meets. This fee covers the cost of the team shirt and dinner/breakfast for these swim meets.
Jones Center Membership – All members of the AquaHawgs are required to have a Jones Center Membership. All swimmers will need to have the Ultimate Membership. *Swimmers participating in HawgStart Swim School, Jones Center Jellyfish, and Masters are exempt from this requirement.
Practice Locations – Currently our team holds practices year-round at the Jones Center (JC) in Springdale and HPER Complex in Fayetteville. Practices in June, July, and August are held at the Springdale Aquatic Center (SAC) and the Jones Center (JC). All practice times and locations are subject to pool availability.
